Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team. As a key member of our industrial maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical automated system machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical automated system machines
  • Work closely with the Electrical Controls Team to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems
  • Perform mechanical aptitude tasks, including tool usage, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, auto mechanics, military mechanics, diesel mechanics, or machine building
  • Experience reading blueprints and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with hand tools, assemble and disassemble equipment, and read and interpret blueprints
  • Comfortable working at heights (up to 120 feet) with extensive training provided
  • Experience working with fuses
