Medical Training Team Lead

The Medical Training Team Lead role at Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC) presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of medical training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training support services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that medical instruction and skill validation meet the highest standards set by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE).
This position demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in medical training, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be working closely with experienced instructors, government officials, and other stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of military personnel.
Apart from your technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a culture of professionalism and respect.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Current NREMT certification at the EMT or higher level
- BLS certification by the American Red Cross
- Experience in medical training, preferably in a military setting
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office suite

About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Sunday, with occasional overtime as needed. The successful candidate will be required to maintain current certifications, adhere to company policies, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
