QPS Employment Group is seeking a highly skilled Die Cutter Pressman Lead to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and produce incoming jobs, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Follow detailed instructions on work tickets, receiving orders in die-cutting, and setting up dies in presses
  • Conduct quality inspections on each load, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
  • Mentor and guide feeder operators, assigning tasks and providing feedback
  • Communicate with pre-make department to resolve concerns and ensure smooth production flow
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior knowledge of die cutting procedures
  • Basic math skills and ability to work with computers/software systems
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
