Adult Nurse Practitioner Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an outpatient setting, providing primary care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with colleagues, and working under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality healthcare services
• Work under pressure to meet the needs of patients and the organization
• Participate in multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patient needs

Requirements:

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or other Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) certification
• Current Florida license in good standing
• Ability to work with the adult and geriatric population
• Prior experience working in primary care in an outpatient setting is preferred
• Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
• Ability to show initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy

Compensation and Benefits:

• $132,000 per year
• Additional 10% annual bonus, paid out quarterly
• Additional productivity bonus, paid out quarterly
