Job Description:

GLC on the GO is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity. As a travel nurse with GLC, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across the country, providing high-quality patient care and advancing your nursing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
