Senior Care Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Director to oversee the management of community-based programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that promote growth and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community
- Manage program staff members, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation
- Implement program planning and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and advocate for the needs of individuals served
- Recruit, retain, and train staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services
- One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or older adults
- An associate degree with two years of relevant experience
- A diploma from an accredited postsecondary institution with three years of relevant experience
- 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities
