Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze and solve problems to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure to permit practice as a registered nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- BLS certification required
- Current certification or eligibility to become ACLS/PALS certified within 6 months of employment
- Basic ECG Monitoring experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse people
