Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Music Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the string program, establishing partnerships with renowned music schools, and developing curriculum for our K-12 music program.
Key Responsibilities- Codify string program roles, responsibilities, and events to ensure seamless growth and development.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with Juilliard and other world-class music schools to provide external opportunities for string students.
- Interview, hire, and manage instrumental teachers and substitute teachers for the program.
- Approve strings consultants' hours and process invoices monthly.
- Monitor students' progress and discuss upcoming events with strings consultants.
- Plan and attend performances and events, including studio recitals and master classes.
- Communicate with families regarding events and expectations of participation in strings.
- Oversee lesson scheduling to ensure minimal impact on student academic learning.
- Collaborate with music faculty to define and develop the scope and sequence of the K-12 music program.
- Research and recommend music and arts education programs to partner with Zeta's current music program.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of music instructional management and/or curriculum development experience.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $90,000.
