Piesanos of Bradenton is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Provide prompt and attentive service to patrons at our front bar and dining room, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the cash drawer and maintain accurate records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, adhering to company recipes and guidelines to minimize costs.
• Develop and maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company and health department standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.
