We provide a simple way to manage complex safety, security, and compliance needs across all your workplace locations—wherever you need to bring people together.

Rely on smart, automated solutions to common workplace problems, like freeing up unused space and eliminating repetitive tasks. This allows you to make efficient use of your space and resources, freeing up your team's time to focus on what matters.

With our intuitive technology that employees actually enjoy using, you can create a great workplace experience that fosters community and togetherness by making it easy for teams to coordinate working onsite.

Our integrated solutions pull data from multiple sources to ensure you always have the most accurate data available.

Role Overview

  • Creating and maintaining demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channel.
  • Supporting campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management and routing, list creation, and segmentation.
  • Managing the hygiene and quality of marketing data.
  • Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement.
  • Evaluating new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Working with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contribution.
  • Establishing documentation, templates, and training to enable marketing team members to create basic campaigns, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 3 years in marketing ops), within the SaaS industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the following tools: Marketo Measure, 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper/meeting scheduling, Drift/Qualified, Looker, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Jira.

  • Experience with working with vendors and contractors.
  • Strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects.

What We Offer

  • A high degree of trust in your ideas and execution.
  • An opportunity to partner and collaborate with other talented people.
