As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Red Lobster, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face and a sense of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance guests' takeout experience by offering personalized service and suggesting food and drink options
  • Take accurate orders and assemble prepared food and drink orders
  • Deliver orders to guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup
  • Manage transactions efficiently and effectively
