Job SummaryThe Yates Community Center is looking for a seasoned Executive Director to drive our organization's success and growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in our community.

About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading our organization, creating business plans, and meeting budgetary goals. You will also increase awareness of the organization through external communications and partnerships, and work with staff and the Board on annual fundraising efforts and additional events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and vision.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • External Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community leaders to increase visibility and credibility.

Requirements
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, including visionary leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and innovative approach to business planning.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in senior management, preferably in nonprofit organizations.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
