Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team at Costco. As a key member of our hearing health services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our members by performing exams, taking ear impressions, ordering and fitting hearing aids, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough exams to assess hearing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Take precise ear impressions to ensure accurate fitting of hearing aids
  • Order and program hearing aids to meet individual member needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
