Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team at Genie Healthcare as we seek a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide exceptional care within a correctional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Corrections LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, including:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Hourly rate of $55.00

Work Schedule:
This position requires:
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts: 2x12s (7pm-7am) and 2x8s (3pm-11pm)
