Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established cleanliness and timeliness standards for cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators, and patio.
  • Thoroughly clean, dust, and dispose of waste in all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces.
  • Ensure linens are replaced and provided as needed, including making beds according to our standards.
  • Restock necessary supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Maintain an organized cleaning cart stocked with linens and supplies.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Report room status and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and supplies with care, following safety protocols.
  • Operate commercial laundry and cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Manage all tasks related to laundry and linen care.
  • Keep linen and storage rooms appropriately stocked.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in stressful situations.
