  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company procedures and standards
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of open communication and growth
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to engage and interact with customers
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, adhering to company lifting and safety guidelines
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Retail customer experience preferred, but not required
