We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations at Applewood Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in nursing practice.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services and achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team to meet the needs of our patients and residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in nurse leadership or management.
