Job Summary:

The Mechanical Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. This role involves analyzing workflows, designing production layouts, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement process changes and improvements using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, addressing process-related issues and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related problems.
  • Lead process improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
