  • Ensure the successful cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment, china, glassware, and silverware to the highest standards.
  • Perform light prep tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our kitchen.
  • Set up and break down lobby receptions, including wine and cheese receptions, milk and cookies, and breakfast, to our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and reception space, adhering to our company's high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings and events, ensuring that all areas are left in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that the kitchen is turned over in top-notch shape to the following shift.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people and in cooperation with colleagues.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and MOD.
