As a Sales Associate at PVH, you will be the face of our brand, creating an emotional connection with our customers and exceeding their expectations. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering top-line sales results and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations to drive sales and conversion.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience, always putting our customers first and seeking feedback to improve our services.
Commitment to Efficiency
  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with our brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
Associate Morale
  • Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for our brand and customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking feedback for continuous self-development.

Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
Compensation:

The salary range for this role is minimum wage to $16, varying based on the candidate's level of experience and knowledge. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and public health emergency leave. PVH provides a market-competitive total rewards package, including diverse and robust health and insurance benefits, and an above-market 401(k) contribution.
