Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cultivation Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Grow Team Manager and Grow Team Supervisor in executing daily plant care operations. Candidates should exhibit a strong work ethic, be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, and maintain a consistent attendance record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures established by the Company and Grow Team Manager.
  • Perform tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in various plant maintenance activities such as trimming, irrigation, and harvesting.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in cultivation spaces.

ADDITIONAL TASKS AS NEEDED

  • Receive training in Post Harvest methodologies.
  • Contribute to facility sanitation and pest control efforts.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and comply with industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid state identification and reliable means of transportation.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Cannabis sector is preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Proficient in computer use and organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills and a positive demeanor.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • May encounter various environmental factors such as heat, humidity, and allergens.

JOB SCOPE

Work under the guidance of the Grow Team Supervisor while fostering professional relationships across departments.
