Job Title: Cashier

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at FERRAGAMO USA INC. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and check payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
