About the RoleJoin our team as a Children's Culinary Teacher at Sprouts Cooking School and inspire a love of cooking in children As a key member of our educational team, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and informative cooking classes to children of various ages and skill levels. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and have a passion for culinary arts.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in teaching or culinary arts, preferably with experience working with children.

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans and deliver engaging cooking classes to children
  • Prepare and organize ingredients for class
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Execute classroom setup and breakdown efficiently

Classroom Management

  • Ensure classes begin and end on time with all recipes completed
  • Lead and maintain the flow of class by following the teaching rubric
  • Monitor students to ensure safety rules and expectations are being executed

Additional Responsibilities

  • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge, recipes, and trainings
  • Follow Sprouts standard operating procedures and policies
  • Exhibit excellent customer satisfaction and interaction
