Remote ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and drive architecture strategy, design, and support for new projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical efforts and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architecture strategy for new projects
  • Design and support ServiceNow solutions
  • Lead technical efforts and ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Broad platform and architecture knowledge
  • Strong core ITSM knowledge and CMDB SME
  • Strong service catalog experience required
  • Common Service Data Model experience
  • App Engine/Custom Apps experience and portal experience preferred
  • Currently on Vancouver release and will be moving to Xanadu
