As a member of our custodial team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment as outlined in training guidelines.
  • Demonstrating safe practices in the use of cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies and that all chemicals are properly labeled.
  • Promoting positive working relationships and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the department.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • The ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Physical Requirements
This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing. Additionally, the use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
