Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote effective communication and care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduate from a NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
- Current unrestricted Mississippi State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Specialty certifications as required by the department (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
- Minimum of one year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred.
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
