At Flexjet Europe, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Co-Pilot for our fleet, operating both domestic and international flights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functionally accountable to the Captain during all flight operations.
  • Uphold a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Flexjet.
  • Assist the Captain in fostering a professional and motivated crew environment.
  • Adhere to Company Standard Operating Procedures regarding flight operations.
  • Provide valuable insights and support to the Captain for safe and efficient flight management.
  • Report any known or suspected incidents to the Fleet Manager promptly.
  • Maintain a valid medical certificate and notify the Fleet Manager of any health conditions affecting flight duties.
  • Support the Captain with administrative tasks related to flight operations.
  • Ensure excellent coordination among crew members, performing duties in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Engage with passengers, assisting with seating and luggage as needed.
  • Conduct passenger briefings as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the business.

Qualifications:

  • Valid EASA ATPL and UK ATPL (one may be in the application process).
  • Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time.
  • At least 500 hours of Pilot in Command Under Supervision time.
  • 250 hours of Multi Pilot Instrument Time.
  • ME-IR (A) on EASA License.
  • MCC Course certificate or MP Rating on EASA License.
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
  • Possession of a valid EU Passport.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP), minimum level 5.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and Corporate operations is advantageous.
  • Legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK, with the ability to travel as required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips.
  • Successful completion of Initial Training, including Type Rating on the assigned fleet, is required.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of EASA and UK Regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using word processing, email, and web-based applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Working Environment:

The work environment may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying weather conditions, and high noise levels. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Physical Requirements:

In addition to the requirements for holding a Class 1 Medical certificate, the Co-Pilot must be capable of performing daily tasks associated with aircraft operations, including loading and unloading baggage, conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks, and maintaining the aircraft as necessary. The role may require lifting and moving items up to 23 kgs.
