Position Overview
The Culinary Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that adequate portions of nutritious meals are prepared and served to students. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and portioning fruits and vegetables.
- Following established recipes and kitchen protocols.
- Monitoring student behavior during meal times and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position is set at an hourly rate ranging from $13.00 to $14.95, depending on experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for performance bonuses based on team achievements.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Paid Family Leave: Eligible staff may receive up to 8 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Staff members can apply for reimbursement of up to 50% of tuition costs for qualifying degree programs, up to a maximum of $5,250 per year.
