HighQ Legal and Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional for a HighQ Consultant role at PRI Technology. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in enterprise legal management tools, specifically HighQ, and is ideal for those looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days remote. The expected work hours will range from twenty to forty hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HighQ to enhance efficiency within the legal department, focusing on automation of workflows such as Litigation Reports and NDAs.
  • Develop minimally viable products (MVPs) and proofs of concept (POCs) while iterating based on feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions to assist legal professionals in adapting to technological changes.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, both virtually and in-person, adjusting content based on audience feedback.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working with HighQ in a corporate legal setting or law firm.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HighQ, including document automation and Contract Express.
  • Ability to foster a culture of progress over perfection among team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
