We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. No prior dialysis experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care in an empathetic and compassionate manner, leveraging your nursing skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their care journey.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state where the position is located.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts.
