Child Care Specialist Lead

Little Schoolhouse is seeking a seasoned Child Care Program Manager to lead our educational programs and activities. About the Role:- Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a Texas Rising Star Program with a 4-Star rating, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs. They must be able to build strong relationships with staff and families, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational programs that meet state standards and regulations
- Supervise and support staff to ensure alignment with curriculum and program goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and community partners
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience working directly with children in a Texas Rising Star Program
- Proven leadership and management skills
