Job Description

This role involves ensuring the company produces high-quality parts and tools specific to drawings and client standards. As a skilled professional, you will manage producing parts on computer numerical controlled precision machinery such as saws, routers, and edge banders.

You will be responsible for monitoring machinery, inspecting finished products, and leading test runs. Your tasks include checking machinery daily to guarantee functionality, ensuring machines operate according to company guidelines, and conducting regular machine assessments.

In addition, you will communicate logistics issues that arise during the creation process, ensure results align with client expectations, and perform inspections of equipment, structures, materials, and products.

Other responsibilities include setting up and managing machines for different jobs, translating drawings and requirements into production dimensions, controlling machines and processes, analyzing information to find solutions to problems, maintaining clear communication, and keeping the work environment clean and safe.

To succeed in this role, you should be creative, perceptive, detail-oriented, and an active learner. You must possess exceptional critical thinking, time management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle complex machines and tools.
