Job Title: Lead/Master Plumber

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Master Plumber to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional plumbing services to our clients in the Kendall area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly service, repair, and replace plumbing systems
  • Mentor and oversee junior and apprentice plumbers
  • Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
  • Explain each service performed to the client
  • Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home
  • Eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
  • Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
  • Convey a safety-conscious attitude

Requirements:

  • Applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of residence
  • Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Opportunity for career advancement
