Mixologist (Experienced)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Charlie Clark's Steakhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Serving Wine and Beverages: Serve wine bottles in accordance with our departmental standards, ensuring that every guest receives a high-quality beverage experience.
• Providing Personalized Service: Engage in friendly conversations with guests, using their names at least twice during all interactions, and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
• Delegating Service Responsibilities: Effectively delegate service responsibilities to our assisting staff, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and attentive service.
• Table Management: Return to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired, and complete all established set-ups in a timely manner.
• Table Setting and Cleaning: Set, clean, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Service Standards: Ensure that all established service standards are maintained, and that our work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with city and state health department codes.
• Guest Feedback: Relay any guest compliments and complaints to our management team, ensuring that every guest receives a positive experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide excellence in service, ensuring that every guest leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued.

• Customer Service: Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders, ensuring that every guest receives a high-quality beverage experience.
• Knowledge and Skills: Verify age requirements, know alcohol pairing and tastes, know how to make traditional and classy drinks, process payments, manage inventory, and clean bar supplies.
