Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of rehabilitation therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of our patients
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology)
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
