Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

The role of our caregivers includes providing essential support to elderly residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and documenting any changes in residents' health status. Caregivers will also perform tasks assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.


Qualifications:
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Composure under pressure and skill in handling critical situations
  • Strong communication abilities, including the capacity to convey sensitive information with empathy
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
  • A positive and compassionate demeanor

Note: A background check, food handler's permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test are prerequisites for this position.
