Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, escorting them to examination rooms, and assisting with forms as needed.
  • Assist physicians during medical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA regulations and sterile techniques.
  • Train new staff members and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant Medical Assistant experience required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills.
