SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a skilled Fitness Instructor to join our team as a Stretching Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey
  • Contribute to the growth of our client base through sales and outreach efforts
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Address client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager to support studio tours and sales efforts
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained for client use

Requirements:

  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training to clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour for stretching services, with opportunities for additional income through sales and outreach efforts
