We're seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team in Corvallis, OR. This is a full-time onsite role with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on location and experience.

About the Role
  • Provide patient care in accordance with established methods and techniques.
  • Maintain a culture consistent with the Service and Behavioral Standards Handbook.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients, answer phone calls, route tasks, book appointments, and verify insurance coverage.
  2. Check patients in, verify demographics and insurance, and notify back-office staff of patient arrivals.
  3. Monitor provider schedules, manage patient flow, and prepare patients for exams.
  4. Participate in cleaning shared work areas and assist with new employee orientation.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a service-related industry or 6+ months of customer service experience in a professional office setting.
