MUSC Community Physicians offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing plans to improve patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing care plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited LPN program and current licensure in the state of South Carolina or compact state.
- At least one year of experience as an LPN, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
