Obstetrician Nurse

Smart IT Frame is seeking a skilled Obstetrician Nurse to join our team at Tsehootsooi Medical Center (Division Of Fort Defiance). As an Obstetrician Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery department.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care in the Labor and Delivery department, including postpartum care and newborn care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on maternal and newborn health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department performance.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty.
- Current certification in American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced FHM.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
