We're currently hiring Poly Wrap / Poly Bag Operators for our Hartford, Wisconsin plant. Experience with 8-24 pocket Sitma Poly Wrapper is highly desirable, but we'll consider candidates with other types of Poly Wrap equipment experience.

• Set up, run, and maintain mailing machines
• Train and direct crew members
• Assist in evaluating personnel and production capabilities
• Collaborate with shift supervisors as needed
• Identify and eliminate areas of waste

• Previous experience running polybag operations, postal regulations, and inkjet knowledge preferred
• Excellent attendance record
• Positive attitude and team player with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, understand, and follow finishing and mailing guides
• Self-motivation and good interpersonal and communication skills
