As a RN Lactation Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing professional practice and promoting quality patient care through evidence-based educational programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and healthcare personnel
  • Conduct orientation sessions that foster a positive learning environment and incorporate organizational values and culture
  • Identify learning needs of staff and assess practice gaps to plan educational content with learner engagement
  • Partner with the Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data and refine aptitude management activities
  • Demonstrate expertise in adult educational theory and apply evaluation methodologies to refine clinical programs
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
