Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to plan and coordinate project activities.
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including material management, labor allocation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, in accordance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to site personnel, including superintendents, foremen, and laborers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers and other stakeholders, detailing project progress and any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a commercial site superintendent.
  • Journey Electrician (strongly preferred).
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • OSHA 30 certified.
  • CPR-First certified.
  • Clean driving record.
  • A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule within budget.
