Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Frickers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and management team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Guests: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu, including daily specials and promotions, and make recommendations to guests.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests receive prompt service and that tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling and Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
