Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team at Massage Envy Tracy Pavilion. As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for promoting Total Body Care services, supporting clinic flow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Total Body Care services to existing clients.
  • Support clinic flow by maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
