Key Responsibilities
  • Predict and analyze fraud risk levels, develop policies and procedures to evaluate and control fraud risk, and assess the potential profit/loss impact on assigned product lines.
  • Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and support systems for fraud claim management and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of fraud risk management strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • More than six years of applicable experience in fraud risk management, advanced analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced SAS programming skills, strong SQL programming skills, and comprehensive knowledge of departmental data sources and fraud risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong leadership skills.
