Key Responsibilities:

Offer comprehensive legal counsel on diverse employment law issues, encompassing employee relations, human resources policies, wage and hour regulations, disability and leave management, terminations, workplace investigations, and employment contracts.
2.Formulate and enforce employment policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3.Represent the organization in employment-related disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
4.Collaborate with human resources and management to proactively identify potential legal risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
5.Conduct training sessions for human resources and management on pertinent employment law topics.
6.Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise the organization on potential implications.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
2. Admission to the state bar of California.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment law attorney, ideally within a corporate environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in employment disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
6. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
7.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
8. Demonstrated capability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including human resources and management.9. High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
