Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Management and Compliance:
  • Oversee financial operations, focusing on liquidity and cash management.
  • Project cash flow, borrowing requirements, and available investment funds.
  • Establish guidelines for precise documentation of daily banking activities.
  • Work closely with the CFO and Operations team to mitigate financial risks.
  • Monitor debt obligations, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage bank accounts and direct banking operations.
  • Cultivate relationships with banking partners.

Corporate Accounting Duties:
  • Direct month-end and quarter-end financial closings for Treasury.
  • Improve internal controls related to treasury and tax compliance.
  • Assist in financial statement audits.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations at federal, state, and local levels.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in treasury management and corporate accounting.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • MBA and/or CPA with experience in Public Accounting is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and ongoing improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
