We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Oklahoma City, OK.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in the field of histology. As a Histology Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and processing tissue samples for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process tissue samples for diagnostic purposes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Transport patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Histology Technician
  • Certifications may be required for this position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
